  • Meati Foods core product line

    We led the exploratory development into classic cutlet, crispy cutlet, classic steak, and carne asada steak, and stocked the innovation pipeline with products for years to come. Developing gold standard benchtop formulas and working very closely with the food science & engineering teams to commercialize all products. We also identified product renovation initiatives and worked on V1 and V2 formulas. Leading series B and series C fundraising efforts along with sales and marketing showcases.

  • Itsa Lika NA IPA & Crisp

    We did initial competitive benchmarking and category exploration. Then did refinements on their bench top formulas, eventually aligning on 2 SKU’s to launch. We also identified a location for a pilot test run, then identified a co-manufacturing partner to bring the products to life. Leading the scale up and commercialization process, and assisting with initial sales strategy.
